October 2011
Stud season has started!
'Ridgecrest Jamalii' is on her way to Coolinda Park Arabians, to be served by the very impressive black polish stallion, 'Chronicle DV (imp USA)'.
Our mares 'Monaliisa'ar', 'Rokewood Poetry' and 'Burren-Dah Zanadu' will be served by 'Stacey-le Amir's Shadow'. Shadow also has several outside mares booked in for this season.
And.... we have welcomed a gorgeous new addition to the family! On October 7th we welcomed James Thomas Curran. A gorgeous healthy baby boy, for very proud parents Scott and Amy and a brother for Jolene and Hannah. We thank everyone who sent their congratulations!
September 2011
We recently purchased an Anglo Arabian mare from Burren-Dah Stud. Her name is 'Burren-Dah Zanadu', and we are thrilled to have her as part of our Stud. She will be served by Stacey-le Amirs Shadow.
August 2011
The stud video for "Stacey-le Amir's Shadow" has just been uploaded! Please check the Stallions page to watch. Enjoy! We are taking bookings for services from now, and will be serving mares from October2011 through to March 2012.
August 2011
Our purebred arabian colt 'Aliyah Ferrigno TR' had his first outing at the NSWAHA Foal Show on the 24th of July. He was so well behaved, his temperament was just like it is at home, and we are thrilled!
He has now returned home for a few weeks of rest, and will start preparations early October for two shows in November.
July 2011
A new arrival! We are so honoured to be the new owners of 'Monaliisa'ar', a bay purebred arabian mare purchased this month. Monee is a 3/4 sister to our foundation mare 'Ridgecrest Jamalii'. They are both by Alii (imp USA) and out of Simeon Sa'ar (imp UK) mares. Her temperament is amazing, just like her sisters. Monee has settled in really well, and will join the rest of the broodmares later in the year, and be served by our stallion 'Stacey-le Amir's Shadow'.
We have sold our bay tobiano mare 'Skye' - congratulations to her new owners, who were wrapt with her from the first photos they saw. We wish you all the very best with her and hope she is everything you were looking for.
Our purebred arabian colt 'Aliyah Ferrigno TR' is going well at the trainers, and we are looking forward to his first outing!
June 2011
It sure is chilly here at the moment! Most of the horses are in hibernation mode and enjoying the relaxation and quiet.
Our young colt 'Aliyah Ferrigno TR' however, has made his way to the trainers in preparation for the upcoming shows later in the year. He is just eight months old now, so will start with a foal show, and then hopefully make it out as a Yearling. We are so excited about this!

We are also planning out our promotions for 'Stacey-le Amirs Shadow' and have started making a video for interested mare owners. We will let you know when this is available.
Jolene and Gizmo (Rubywood Gold Dust) made it to their first show together, the 2011 Royal Bathurst Show. Both of them were fantastic and Jolene had a lot of fun in her 'Rider under 6yrs old' classes. Thank you to Samantha Watson of Greg Watson Canes and Whips for outfitting us so perfectly - it wasnt an easy task with a growing baby belly on mum!

February 2011
Stacey-le Amir's Shadow has almost finished serving for this season, and we are extremely pleased with the amount of interest he has had. We served several outside mares, even though we only started serving with him in December. We ave also served our own 'Rokewood Poetry' with him, and we are looking forward to this foal!
Rubywood Gold Dust is home and is going wonderfully. He is still the amazing quiet pony we sent away, and is enjoying being ridden.
We are starting to think about which shows to take the colt 'Aliyah Ferrigno TR' to, and are considering the foal shows later in the year as his first.
November 2010
What a busy few months it has been!
Rokewood Poetry and Skye are away at stud, and we are waiting for their pregnancy test results. Hopefully they will be coming home and starting their baby growing terms!
Rubywood Gold Dust has commenced his breaking in, and will be having some time down at CC's Equine Training to be backed. We are really excited to see how this goes, as he has really taken to the process so far, and is such a friendly little horse.
And the most exciting news - we have purchased a stallion to stand at stud. A massive welcome to 'Stacey-le Amir's Shadow', you can see more details about him on our Stallion page. He is pictured below at the 2006 Australian National Arabian Championships, where he was awarded Top Ten Partbred Arabian Stallion.
'Shadow' also arrived with a girlfriend, 'Desert Fox Scarlett Lady' by Simeon Samuel. Her details are on the mare page.
Ridgecrest Jamalii's foal has been growing nicely too, and we have called him 'Aliyah Ferrigno TR' (pending). His paddock name is Louie, and he is a real character! He has been taught to wear a halter and be caught.

August 2010
Its been a while since a news update, the broodmare diary has been updated since, but I thought I had better write here as well for those who are checking this page.
Two new arrivals have joined us! Please see the mares page.
Since the last update, Kyla and 'Le Masterprint' have been settling into winter in Canberra. Le Masterprint competed at his first show with Kyla back in April, and won his halter class for her. We are thrilled for them! Hopefully we will see them out and about in the upcoming show season.
January 2010
We have planned our show season for the next few months. Garraboo Sheree will attend local agricultural shows as well as Bathurst Royal with Jolene.
Rubywood Gold Dust is entered for the East Coast Arabian Championships. We also hear that our first bred foal Le Masterprint is entered!
